TAUNET RUNNING has its origin in the high altitude western highlands of the rift valley in Nandi, Kenya. The area is viewed and branded as the “SOURCE OF CHAMPIONS’ as hundreds of Olympic and world champions/medalists on the track and the road originate from this locality
WHO WE ARE
Taunet Running is a brainchild of coach Festus Kipkogei and athlete representative Peter Marusin.
Our primary aim is discovering, nurturing, empowering and rehabilitating athletic talents. The focus is to facilitate this through the provision of advice, the design and running of training programs as well as race strategy preparation.
Our biggest drive is to impact lives positively and through partnerships, providing holistic development beyond the individual talents that will lead to the overall well-being of the community through the use of clean sport and innovative technologies.
